Management Consultants and Forensic Analysts are often engaged to undertake remedial activity, to investigate abnormal activity or provide assurance surrounding business processes. This style of assignment or investigation may be for a few weeks or months. No matter how large or small, the consulting assignment will still require the processing of massive volumes of complex data.

The CR-X Consultant's Workbench is a specially prepared "packaged" implementation of CR-X which can be loaded to an individual desktop. The Consultant's Workbench is provided at a low monthly rental fee. It is a fully-featured and functional implementation of the CR-X platform but can be administered, adapted and activated by the consultant as they undertake their assignment. All the data interface capability and connectors are fully functional on the Consultant's Workbench so there are no inhibitors to the practitioner undertaking the most strenuous or voluminous investigation or assignment.

If the activity of the consultant's assignment leads to a permanent transformation requirement at the client's premises or data centre, a full enterprise version of CR-X can be implemented and any of the interfaces, business rules or reports can be migrated to the enterprise with ease and without duplication of effort.
