Joe is an experienced strategist and business development professional with extensive experience in the financial services industry, MSO, Telecom and Wireless.

He has led diverse, large-scale operations to deliver sales, service and technical solutions to customers in organizations such as Verizon Telecommunications.

Additionally been a key player in start-ups and industry leading customer care outsourcing providers.

Most significantly he has been a leader in managing customer interactions for over 20 years and was responsible for large organizations handling billions of customer interactions during his career.

Prior to joining CR-X he was Head of Global Marketing, Customer Intelligence at Sitel and SVP of Customer Care for Dish Network.
